Toastmasters

For over 50 years, Toastmasters has been helping our employees become more effective communicators and leaders. The Toastmasters educational program is not a formal course in public speaking and leadership. There are no instructors, and no tests are administered. Learning takes place in the club environment, where members practice and enhance their communication and leadership skills through:

  • Organizing and leading club meetings
  • Giving impromptu speeches
  • Presenting prepared speeches focused on different specific speaking skills
  • Offering encouraging and constructive feedback to those with speaking roles
  • Participating in Toastmasters club meetings on a regular basis increases members' abilities to speak clearly and confidently, think quickly, listen effectively and lead others.

These benefits provide value for club members, both in their professional and personal development, and they also provide value to the company. Are you interested in enhancing your communication and leadership skills and expanding your network of professional relationships? Do you think Toastmasters could help?
